It all started when Andy, a small business entrepreneur, was stuck managing HR, payroll, operations, and marketing—leaving little time to focus on running his business. He needed a partner who understood small business and could take those tasks off his plate.
Victoria, our Managing Director, saw firsthand how small business owners were stretched too thin. While managing day-to-day operations in one of Andy’s businesses, she saw how HR, finance, and operations kept pulling him away from the work he loved—the reason he started in the first place. She realized Andy wasn’t alone—entrepreneurs everywhere were struggling to keep their businesses running while trying to focus on what truly mattered.
Determined to find a better way, Victoria pitched the idea of an agency that would integrate into all of Andy’s businesses—taking on HR, payroll, operations, and marketing so he could focus on what he did best. What she didn’t realize was just how much more efficient it would make the businesses—and how big of an impact it would have beyond them.
As Polaris Solutions took shape, we saw the difference it made in Andy’s businesses—less stress, smoother operations, and more time for the work that actually mattered. But we knew he wasn’t the only small business owner that needed help. The same struggles were holding so many others back. That’s when we realized—what worked for Andy could work for them, too.
