That gives camps, theatres, schools, enrichment programs, and other small organizations more capacity to focus on the people and communities they serve.
We work inside your organization, use your systems, and take ownership of the work in our scope. You get the depth of a shared team without hiring a separate person for every function, and your records, processes, and history stay with you.
Polaris started with a problem Andy and Victoria had both seen firsthand from different sides. As an owner and camp director, Andy knew how quickly finance, HR, operations, and marketing could pull leadership away from the work that mattered. Working inside one of Andy’s organizations, Victoria saw the same pattern and proposed a different model: an embedded team that could actually own the work instead of adding another employee or outside vendor to manage.
What started with organizations serving young people has grown into support for camps, theatres, nonprofits, and other mission-driven teams facing the same challenge: important work, lean internal capacity, and an organization that still has to run.
A call with Victoria starts with your organization, not a preset package. She’ll ask about your team, systems, calendar, and the finance, HR, operations, or marketing work that keeps landing back on leadership.
From there, we’ll identify what Polaris could own, walk through the services that make sense for your organization, and build a first proposal around the scope.
